Nikon is building up the D-series with a newly released D7000 DSLR camera. It is with many new and improved features including a whole new DX-format CMOS sensor with 16 megapixels. This new image sensor is much more sensitive and delivers a basic ISO-range of 100-6400 ISO and can be increased up to 25600 ISO.
