Samsung WB600 Digital Camera Unboxing Pictures & Review
If you find the Samsung WB550 a delightful traveler’s companion, then you can hardly resist its successor which arrives with predominant upgrades. With an increased 15X zoom (formerly 10X), a reduced price as well as nice new functions, the 12.2-megapixel compact is demanding your attention!Inside the box you can find: a Samsung WB600 digital camera, a battery pack, a battery charger, a strap and a CD-ROM.
So by default, we can find the large lens dominates the front of the WB600. It takes up the full height of the face plate and its surround jutting out nearly 1 cm when the camera is inactive. Take a closer look and you can see a curved edge on the left of the faceplate which functions like a kind of handgrip. Though it’s hardly a comfortable substitute.

At the top of the row of controls locates a new and welcome one-touch movie record button. And below you can find a Menu button which offers a range of options to select.
While on top there’s a duo-set of holes for the stereo sound recording system surrounded the blue glowing power button. There’s also a large and springy shutter release as well as a rocker switch to operate the zoom.
All in all, with a great improvement on the well-liked WB550, the new Samsung WB600 is even more a big attraction to consumers with its 15x optical zoom in a compact body. It won’t be a surprise to see it vigorously battles with the Panasonic’s TZ.
