Samsung Galaxy Tab Unboxing Pictures & Review
Following the popularity of Apple iPad , many other companies is putting all efforts in developing products of the same kind, not excluding Samsung. And it comes out with Galaxy Tab which is of course the newest and the most desirable mobile phone for all, or maybe you can call it a pocket PC. Why say so? Take a deeper look at it and you’ll know.
Unboxing items include: a Samsung Galaxy Tab phone, a battery, a charger, a handsfree and user's guide.
Having an ultra-large 7-inch TFT multi-touch screen, the Galaxy Tab is with size of only 190.1 x 120.5 mm, just fit into your hand. And as thin as 12 mm, it can be pocketed into your suit, to let you make good use of it as your best business partner. Like the other members in the same series, Galaxy Tab keeps the four virtual keys under the screen.
With a resolution of 600 x 1024 pixels, the display can be either portrait or landscape. Under the most updated Android v.2.2 (Froyo) OS, Galaxy Tab users can make the best use of the system for business, leisure and entertainment with the joy of multi-touch and fast response.
Designed in pure white, the rear of Galaxy Tab is much like the Apple iPad . But Samsung obviously does not want to be a follower. Thus the “Samsung” logo and “Galaxy Tab” logo are on the back shell.
The SIM card slot and micro-SD card slot are at the same side on the left edge of Galaxy Tab.
On the other edge there is the power key and the volume rocker.
The audio jack is at the top of the device.
A 1.3 megapixel camera is put at the front, specifically for video conference. It must be your first time to have a live meeting on a 7-inch large screen. Very cool, right?
The main camera of Galaxy Tab lies on the rear, having 3 megapixels with Auto-focus and LED flash light.
The advantage of Galaxy Tab over Apple iPad is its slimmer and thinner body, as well as its multi functions. It can be pocketed as a smartphone for sure, or as a camera, or as an ebook, or as a mini theater, or as a game player, or many other possibilities. It will be particularly useful for business-users if they find their smartphones not powerful enough or their laptops not small enough.
