Nokia 6600 slide Quadband 3G Phone Unboxing Review

As we are still waiting for the good news of N96, Nokia released 6600 slide as a moderator. Without any surprise, Nokia can rush out several models at the same time. However, this time 6600 slide seems to be too simple in design that cannot associate with current trend of Nokia in thinking. Are they going to expand their market segment? Maybe it will be the cup of tea for those are sublime simple. What do you think

The package comes with a Battery, a Charger, a USB cable, a headset, a nice-looking leather case and Manual.

The 6600 slide with a smooth arc design and glossy black finish. It stays true to its name as it smoothly glides open in the hand. Really, it is compact.

I do appreciate the bigger buttons as if a banana-fingered still can work with it well with no doubt. And the clear layout of the number keys together with the aluminium center key which is on the slider constitutes visual simplicity.

At the back of the 6600 slide, it is in glossy black also and equipped with 3.2 megapixels camera with flash.

It is one of Nokia's smallest sliders with only 14mm thick. Well~ just like holding the soap in your pocket with its sleek curvy makeover. Its size, though small, fits in the hand perfectly.

With the back cover open. You may find that it is made of high quality steel like the one used in E71, which added the luxurious touch for the phone. It is in understated elegance but ease-to-use.

The micro SD slot located at the back and inside the back cover.

A standard Nokia menu layout. It looks clear and simple.

And I would like to mention my discovery of my magical touch on it. When you are tapping on it twice, it will wake up and show you the times, or even can snooze alerts, silences or rejects incoming calls. It sounds fascinating. Moreover, enough juice reserves on standby that you can take it to everywhere for a fortnight without your charger. 6600 slide packed full of the features you need on the phone with simplicity. Will you think simple is the best after this?
